Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Cut them into 1/4-inch thick fries.
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they don’t overlap.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, then flip the fries and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
