Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Cut them into 1/4-inch thick fries.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they don’t overlap.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, then flip the fries and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
